Create the right signature mark

Choose a typed signature for a fast clean result, draw with a mouse or touch screen for a personal mark, or upload a transparent PNG of a signature you already own. Adjust the width and position so the mark fits the intended signature line without covering nearby text.

Understand visual signatures

This tool places a visible signature mark into the PDF. It does not create a certificate-based cryptographic digital signature, verify identity, provide an audit trail, or guarantee legal acceptance. Confirm the recipient’s signing requirements before relying on the finished document.

Protect sensitive documents

Signing can expose names, account details, addresses, or agreements. Processing stays in the browser, but you should still use a trusted device, close the tab after downloading, and avoid leaving the result in a shared downloads folder. Review every signed page before sending it.
