Copyright notice
iToolsX respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material available on itoolsx.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated copyright contact.
Send DMCA notices and related copyright questions to support@itoolsx.com. Please use “DMCA Copyright Notice” in the subject line.
DMCA takedown notice
Your notice should include all information required by applicable law, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification and location of the material on itoolsx.com that is allegedly infringing, including the relevant URL.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We may remove or disable access to material while we investigate a complete notice. We may preserve copies and relevant information as required for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Accuracy and misuse of notices
Submitting a copyright notice requires a good-faith determination that use of the material is unauthorized. Please review all ownership and licensing information before contacting iToolsX. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose the sender to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under applicable law.
Processing a complete notice
We may contact the submitting party for missing information or clarification. A request involving multiple URLs should identify each location clearly. Where material is hosted through a third-party service rather than stored by iToolsX, we may ask the complainant to contact the appropriate hosting provider directly. Removal of a copy does not necessarily remove identically hosted copies elsewhere on the website.
Counter-notice
If material was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may submit a counter-notice that meets the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The counter-notice should include the user’s signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and the user’s name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction where required by law.
Send the counter-notice to support@itoolsx.com.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and legally permitted, iToolsX may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe or are subject to repeated valid copyright complaints.
